PGI Sucide Case Chandigarh: जानकारी के मुताबिक, विवेक चंडीगढ़ पीजीआई में दुकानदार था। बुधवार को पीजीआई परिसर स्थित उनके घर पर उनका निधन हो गया। पिछले 15 दिनों में यह तीसरी आत्महत्या है. विवेक की ड्यूटी एनेस्थिसिया विभाग में थी. वह पहले पीजीआई में क्लर्क थे। उन्होंने एक महीने पहले ही ज्वाइन किया था. इससे पहले सोमवार को पीजीआई में 50 साल के रेडियोग्राफर डायरेक्टर ने हाथ की नस काटकर आत्महत्या कर ली थी।

Mukhtar Ansari News: वाराणसी. बांदा जेल में बंद पूर्वांचल के माफिया मुख्तार अंसारी को 36 साल पुराने गन लाइसेंस मामले में वाराणसी एमपी/एमएलए कोर्ट ने उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई है। 2 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया! इस मामले में 1997 में मुख्तार अंसारी पर आरोप लगा था! मंगलवार को कोर्ट ने मुख्तार अंसारी को दोषी पाया, मुख्तार अंसारी के खिलाफ अपील दायर की गई, लेकिन कोर्ट ने इसकी इजाजत नहीं दी और उन्हें अधिकतम सजा सुनाई!

दरअसल, मुख्तार अंसारी पर 1987 में फर्जी हस्ताक्षर के जरिए दुनाली बंदूक का लाइसेंस हासिल करने का आरोप था। इस काम के लिए डीएम और आईपी के फर्जी हस्ताक्षरों का इस्तेमाल किया गया! मामले में तत्कालीन महासचिव आलोक रंजन और डीएम ने भी परीक्षण किया था. इस मामले में 1997 में आरोप लगे थे! मंगलवार को कोर्ट ने मुख्तार को करार दिया था!

मुख्तार के वकील श्रीनाथ त्रिपाठी ने बुधवार को अदालत में सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि घटना के समय वह केवल 20 से 22 साल का था और उसका कोई आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड नहीं था। वकील ने कहा कि श्री मोख्तार उस समय जन प्रतिनिधि भी नहीं थे और इस बात का कोई सबूत नहीं है कि उन्होंने बंदूक खरीदी थी। चूँकि उन्हें भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप से बरी कर दिया गया था, इसलिए इस अदालत को उन परिस्थितियों में उन्हें दोषी ठहराने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है जिनमें उन्हें दोषी पाया गया था। हालाँकि, अभियोजकों ने तर्क दिया कि यह एक असामाजिक अपराध था जिसमें प्रभाव का दुरुपयोग शामिल था। सात मामलों में फैसला आया. इसमें उम्रकैद की सजा भी शामिल है! 20 मामले अभी भी लंबित हैं और ऐसे में अधिकतम सजा दी जाए!

अब तक सात मामलों में हो चुकी है सजा: आपको बता दें कि मुख्तार अंसारी को अब तक सात मामलों में दोषी ठहराया जा चुका है! 21 सितंबर, 2022 को एक लोक सेवक को धमकी देने के आरोप में उन्हें तीन साल जेल की सजा सुनाई गई थी। 2 सितंबर 2011 को हजरतगंज थाने में दर्ज गैंगस्टर एक्ट मामले में उन्हें दो साल की सजा और 24 दिसंबर 2011 को दर्ज गैंगस्टर एक्ट मामले में 10 साल की सजा सुनाई गई थी। 29 अप्रैल 2023 को उन्हें 10 साल की सजा सुनाई गई थी। गैंग एक्ट के तहत जेल 5 जून, 2023 को आलम बाग थाने में दर्ज जेल प्रहरी को धमकाने के चर्चित अवधेश राय हत्याकांड में उन्हें सात साल जेल की सजा सुनाई गयी. लोंगेट्टा परिवार को बम की धमकी देने के लिए 15 दिसंबर, 2023 को पांच साल जेल की सजा सुनाई गई थी।

Elante Mall Loot: मामले के जांच अधिकारी कुलदीप सिंह ने बात करते हुए कहा, लड़की एलांते मामले के जांच अधिकारी कुलदीप सिंह ने बातचीत में बताया कि लड़की बाहर एलांते के कार में बैठी थी और एक आरोपी लिफ्ट के पास खड़ा था और दूसरा पीड़ित के साथ-साथ लिफ्ट में आया. जैसे ही लिफ्ट खुली, वैसे ही दोनों आरोपियों ने कैश कलेक्टर को स्प्रे मारकर पैसा लूट लिया. हालांकि, पुलिस ने एक आरोपी को बाहर ही मौके पर पकड़ लिया था, जबकि दोनों साथियों को देर रात गिरफ्तार किया गया है. पूरा पैसा पुलिस ने रिकवर कर लिया है. कुलदीप ने बताया कि युवती जसलीन कौर चंडीगढ़ के सेक्टर 15 की रहने वाली है.
