इस हमले की जिम्मेदारी लश्कर-ए-तैयबा के सह संगठन “द रेजिस्टेंस फ्रंट” (TRF) ने ली है। वहीं पाकिस्तान के रक्षा मंत्री ख्वाजा आसिफ ने बयान दिया है कि इस हमले में पाकिस्तान की कोई भूमिका नहीं है। जांच के लिए राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (NIA) की टीम पहलगाम पहुंच चुकी है।

मंगलवार दोपहर बैसरन घाटी में उस वक्त हमला हुआ, जब वहां बड़ी संख्या में पर्यटक मौजूद थे। इस हमले में 27 लोगों की जान चली गई और 20 से ज्यादा लोग घायल हो गए। मरने वालों में यूपी, गुजरात, एमपी, महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक, तमिलनाडु और ओडिशा के लोग शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा नेपाल और यूएई से आए दो
टैरिस और दो स्थानीय लोग भी मारे गए।

पुलवामा के बाद सबसे बड़ा आतंकी हमला

यह हमला 14 फरवरी 2019 को पुलवामा में हुए आत्मघाती हमले के बाद सबसे बड़ा आतंकी हमला माना जा रहा है। पुलवामा में जैश-ए-मोहम्मद ने CRPF के काफिले को निशाना बनाया था, जिसमें 40 जवान शहीद हो गए थे।

गृह मंत्री ने श्रद्धांजलि दी, PM मोदी लौटे भारत

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने श्रीनगर में हमले में मारे गए लोगों को श्रद्धांजलि दी और फिर बैसरन घाटी जाकर पीड़ितों से मुलाकात की। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से पूरी जानकारी भी ली। दूसरी तरफ, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी सऊदी अरब का दो दिन का दौरा बीच में छोड़कर बुधवार सुबह भारत लौट आए हैं। वे सुरक्षा से जुड़ी कैबिनेट कमेटी की बैठक करेंगे।

आर्मी को देखकर डर गए टैरिस

हमले के बाद जब भारतीय सेना के जवान बैसरन घाटी पहुंचे तो कुछ टैरिस ने उन्हें आतंकवादी समझ लिया। ऐसा इसलिए हुआ क्योंकि आतंकवादियों ने भी सेना की वर्दी पहनी हुई थी। जवानों को देखकर महिलाएं और बच्चे डर के मारे रोने लगे और हाथ जोड़ने लगे। तब जवानों ने उन्हें भरोसा दिलाया कि वे भारतीय सेना से हैं और सभी को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए आए हैं।

पुलिस की वर्दी में थे आतंकी

इस हमले को अंजाम देने वाले आतंकी पुलिस की वर्दी में आए थे। इसलिए शुरुआत में किसी को उन पर शक नहीं हुआ। आतंकियों ने एक टूरिस्ट ग्रुप को निशाना बनाया, उन्होंने पहचान पूछकर हिंदू टूरिस्ट पर गोलियां बरसानी शुरू कर दी| जिसमें 26 लोगों की मौत हो गई, दर्जन भर से ज्यादा लोग घायल भी हुए, जिनका इलाज चल रहा है। आतंकियों ने खासतौर पर उन पुरुषों को निशाना बनाया जो अपनी पत्नियों और बच्चों के साथ घूमने आए थे। हमले की तस्वीरें और वीडियो इतने भयानक हैं, कि कोई भी उन्हें देखकर कांप उठे।

विनय की बहादुरी और दुखद अंत

विनय नरवाल नौसेना में लेफ्टिनेंट के पद पर तैनात थे। करनाल, हरियाणा के रहने वाले विनय देश की सेवा में जुटे एक बहादुर अफसर थे। विनय की आतंकियों द्वारा गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई, जिसके बाद से उनके परिवार में मातम मच गया है । विनय के पिता अपने बेटे का शव लेने पहलगाम रवाना हुए हैं। उनका परिवार इस समय बेहद दुख में है और मीडिया से बात करने की स्थिति में भी नहीं है।

भारतीय नौसेना ने भी विनय की मौत पर गहरा शोक व्यक्त किया। एक आधिकारिक बयान में लिखा गया, “एडमिरल दिनेश त्रिपाठी और भारतीय नौसेना के सभी सदस्य इस दुखद घटना से प्रभावित हैं।

साजिश पाकिस्तान के रावलकोट में रची गई

दोपहर में पहलगाम की बैसरन वैली में आतंकी हमला हुआ। शाम को केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने इस मुद्दे पर पीएम मोदी को ब्रीफ किया। आतंकी हमले में 26 टूरिस्ट की मौत की पुष्टि होते ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भारत के लिए रवाना हुए। पीएम मोदी ने दिल्ली पहुंचते ही पहलगाम हमले को लेकर एक बैठक की। खुफिया रिपोर्ट में सामने आया है कि इस हमले की साजिश पाकिस्तान के रावलकोट में रची गई। जम्मू-कश्मीर समेत पूरे देश में इस घटना के खिलाफ आक्रोश है। जम्मू-कश्मीर में आज स्कूल बंद हैं। कुछ स्थानीय लोगों ने इस घटना के विरोध में मार्च किया है। पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद दिल्ली-मुंबई जैसे शहरों की सुरक्षा बढ़ाई गई है।

हमले के बाद सुरक्षाबलों ने इलाके में बड़े पैमाने पर सर्च करना शुरू कर दिया है। पहलगाम की बैसरन वैली में आतंकी हमले के बाद सरकार ने बड़े स्तर पर सुरक्षबलों मोबाइलज किया है। जिस जगह पर आतंकवादियों ने टूरिस्ट को निशाना बनाया वहां पर एक बिना नंबर प्लेट की काली बाइक मिली है। ऐसा अनुमान है कि आतंकवादी ग्राउंड सपोर्ट से बैसरन वैली पहुंचे। यह भी कहा जा रहा है कि उन्होंने रेकी के बाद बैसरन वैली को हमले के लिए चुना, क्योंकि यहां पर सिर्फ सीधे वाहनों से नहीं पहुंचा जा सकता है। यहां जाने का रास्ता काफी कठिन है। जानवरों की राइड से ही यहां टूरिस्ट पहुंचते हैं। आतंकियों की पहचान और उन्हें पकड़ने के लिए कई टीमें अलग-अलग इलाकों में भेज दी गई हैं। सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को शक है कि इस हमले के पीछे पाकिस्तान आतंकी संगठनों का हाथ हो सकता है।
